At Lady of Truth, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
 

Eligibility Requirements:

• To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Be free of stains, odors, or damage

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Have a request submitted within 7 days of delivery

 
If your item meets these requirements, you may choose:

• Exchange for a different size (based on availability), or

• Store credit for the full value of your item

 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
